Then you agree to comply with all of our terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions apply to all customers, visitors and businesses. Luca Packaging can suspend the access of users whom they think are violating the terms and conditions. Customers should only use this website for lawful purposes; you should not:

Custom Orders And Products
Luca Packaging manufactures specially designed packaging for every customer. We offer multiple customization options, including materials, styles, dimensions, designs, printing and finishing that you can use.
When you place an order, you agree to all the terms and if any order contains these things, we refuse to process that specific order.

Pricing & Quotations
The quotes we provide rely on the information available at the time of inquiry. All these quotes are provisional. Every product price can vary depending on its:
- Material
- Design
- Shipping
- Taxes
- Quantity
When you submit the quote, it just means the confirmation of the order. This means that Luca Packaging can correct the information about pricing after accepting an order.
Design Approval
Our team works with customers to finalize the design, dimensions, artwork and layout before starting the manufacturing of the order. So if customers give this information incorrectly, then Luca Packaging is not responsible for it, such as:
- Incorrect colors selection
- Spelling mistakes
- Incorrect dimensions
- Missing elements
- Misplaced graphics
Color Variations & Printing
When customers are placing an order, they know that colors can vary from what is shown in the picture. Some minor differences in colors, alignments, coating or finishing are not considered manufacturing mistakes. If the customers want exact color production, then they must mention it before confirming an order.
Production And Turnaround Time
The time of production depends on the payment confirmation and finalisation of the artwork. Production time depends on these factors:
- Capacity of manufacturing
- Equipment maintenance
- Weather conditions
- Order quantity
- Availability of materials
- Carrier company delays
Delivery And Shipping
The delivery date we have given should not be considered a promise of delivery. Once Luca Packaging has given the package to the shipping carrier, they are not responsible for the delays. If customers have not provided the accurate shipping address and the order was delivered at the wrong address. Then we are not liable for it and customers have to pay additional charges for reshipment.
Terms Of Payment
It depends on your order whether you have to pay partially or fully before the manufacturing process starts. We offer various payment options that are communicated by our sales representatives or shown at checkout. If the payment is not made on time, then the order can be cancelled from Luca Packaging’s side. Delayed payment also delays the production time.
Changes And Cancellation Of Orders
Every order is specially customized for every customer. So if customers want to add any changes, then they can only do it before the manufacturing process has started. The changes will not be accepted after the product production has started.
Customers can request a cancellation of the order within 4 hours of confirming it. If customers cancel the order after the project manufacturing has started, then the cancellation is accepted. But Luca Packaging will deduct all the costs of manufacturing from the refund.
Refunds And Returns
Most of the time, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. As they are specifically made for the customers. If there are some issues in the order, then customers must contact Luca Packaging within 3 working days post-delivery.
Every claim should be supported with images and a description of the issue. We will properly inspect the claims and if the mistake is in manufacturing, then we can provide repair, replacement and a partial refund.
Intellectual Property
If you want to print any logos, trademarks, graphics, text or photographs on your packaging. Then you must have the required license, consent, and rights for this. Luca Packaging works with customers who provide their original artwork. And even if some customers are using an existing logo or trademark, we check the approval before starting production.
Limitation Of Liability
If the use of our website, services or products results in any kind of incidental, economic, consequential or special damages. Then, as far as the law allows, Luca Packaging is not liable for it. We are only responsible for the claim about the amount you paid for the order. Customers understand that custom packaging manufacturing happens according to the approved specifications and within normal production tolerances.
Warranties Disclaimer
We provide our products and services on the basis of their availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luca Packaging does not provide any written or implied warranties. These warranties include merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose. But these warranties are not limited to these.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Luca Packaging, its employees, directors, officers, contractors and representatives harmless from any damages, legal expenses, claims, losses or costs that result from:
- Customers’ misuse of products and services
- Breach of these terms
- Unlawful activities
Privacy
Whatever personal information we ask from you is processed according to the privacy policy. Luca Packaging only uses your information as described in the policy.
Governing Law
All of our terms and conditions are made based on the laws of the United States. When you agree to all these terms, you agree that if there is any dispute about these terms. Then both parties will agree to the court’s jurisdiction.
Changes To These Terms
Luca Packaging can modify, amend or update these terms at any time. So we suggest that customers check these terms before placing an order so there is no confusion.
