At Luca Packaging, we make sure to deliver every order securely and on time.
This shipping policy explains how our products are manufactured and what our process is for shipping your orders. Right now, Luca Packaging is delivering in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada and follows all the local shipping regulations.
Order Processing
Before starting production, product specifications and shipping information are verified. To start the production process, approval of artwork, order verification and payment confirmation are a must.
If you order before 5 pm Eastern Time (EST), then your order will be processed on the same day. But orders placed on weekends, federal holidays or after cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
Production Time
Luca Packaging specially customizes the packaging and can take more time in production then ready made packaging. The time of production depends on order size, customer requirements and some other factors, like:
- Printing method
- Packaging material selection
- Special finishing or add-ons
- Box sizes
- Selection of colors
- Availability of all required items
Every order requires at least 1-2 working days for processing and we process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding all US federal holidays.
Shipping Methods
We offer different shipping methods for national and international deliveries. By using these shipping methods, we deliver your orders securely. The available shipping methods we have are:
- Express shipping
- Standard shipping
- Overnight shipping
- International shipping
- Ground shipping
Luca Packaging chooses a shipping method that is the ideal option for your order if the shipping option is not decided by the customer.
Shipping Carriers
Once we have given your orders to the carrier company then all the information about your orders till it reaches you will be provided by that designated company.
Sometimes shipping carriers can split orders to securely deliver your orders. They can split orders because of the large orders. It doesn’t matter how small or big your order is; we offer free shipping for every order.
Shipping Address
For an accurate shipping address, customers are solely responsible. Customers must provide all this information before the production process starts.
- Recipient name
- Company name
- Zip code
- State
- Street number
- City
- Phone number
Customers should recheck the address before confirming it. So the address is not incorrect or incomplete. Because for reshipment, you have to pay shipping charges.
Delivery Time
The overall delivery time depends on the time the manufacturing process takes. Our typical delivery time for every order is around 3 to 4 business days. Some factors affect delivery time, such as:
- Public holidays
- Labor shortage
- Transportation issues
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
We make sure that every order is delivered within the given estimated time of 4 to 6 business days. If there are any issues with the address or from the carrier company, then Luca Packaging is not responsible for the delayed orders.
Tracking Information
After the order is shipped, all its information is sent to the customers. So they can track the process till it’s delivered to the customers. The tracking information for every order includes:
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
- Carrier name
- Shipping status
Shipment Refusal
If customers refuse the delivery of the order after the product is created and shipped. Then they will still have to pay the manufacturing expenses. And if the order was not delivered to the right address because customers provided the wrong address. Then the customer has to pay shipping charges for reshipment.
Damaged Shipment
We advise customers to properly check the package after delivery is made. If they receive a damaged product or didn’t get their complete order delivered. Then they must contact Luca Packaging within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
Shipping Delays
Luca Packaging is working endlessly to deliver your orders on time but sometimes orders cannot be delivered within the given delivery time. The reasons for delivery delays can be:
- Hurricanes
- Severe weather conditions
- Earthquakes
- Transportation issues
- Labor strikes
- National emergencies
- Carriers operational issues
- Government actions
