- Offensive content
- Defamatory statements
- Copyright-infringing material
- Content that violates applicable laws
Order Process
Our standard order process generally includes:
- Quote Request or Order Submission
- Order Confirmation
- Artwork Review and Approval
- Payment Processing
- Production and Manufacturing
- Shipping and Delivery
Production begins only after final approval and payment requirements have been completed.
Artwork Submission Guidelines
To achieve the best printing results, the submitted artwork should:
- Be at least 300 DPI resolution
- Be provided in CMYK color format
- Match the final print dimensions
- Include all necessary fonts and images
Our design team may provide electronic proofs for customer review before production.
Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all proofs before production begins.
Please verify:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Layout
- Dimensions
- Colors
- Product specifications
Once a proof has been approved, the customer accepts responsibility for any errors that remain in the approved artwork.
Color Variations
While we strive to reproduce colors as accurately as possible, slight color variations may occur due to:
- Monitor settings
- Printing processes
- Material surfaces
- Ink absorption
- Lighting conditions
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
For critical color requirements, customers are encouraged to request physical samples or proofs before production.
Materials
We use high-quality packaging materials, including:
- Kraft
- Cardboard
- Corrugated Board
- Rigid Board
Material appearance and performance may vary slightly depending on storage conditions, handling, and environmental factors.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Customers are responsible for paying all applicable charges, including:
- Product costs
- Taxes (if applicable)
- Shipping fees
- Additional approved services
Orders may require full payment before production begins.
Production Policy
Once an order has entered production, manufacturing, or printing, modifications may not be possible.
Any requested changes after approval may result in additional charges and extended production times.
Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation within 4 hours of order confirmation without additional charges.
Cancellation requests submitted:
- After 4 hours may be subject to administrative and processing fees.
- After production has begun may not be eligible for cancellation.
Any approved cancellation may be subject to deductions based on work already completed.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers are encouraged to review the policy before placing an order.
Overruns and Underruns
Due to the nature of custom printing and manufacturing, slight quantity variations may occur.
In some cases, customers may receive a small overrun at no additional charge.
Minor quantity variations are considered acceptable within industry standards.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luca Packaging shall not be liable for:

- Consequential damages
